Shipping Terms:

We process and dispatch all orders the next business working day after the order is placed. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.  After an order is dispatched, the time it takes to get delivered to you depends on the destination. It usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic and 6-28 business days for international shipments to be delivered once dispatched. In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you immediately using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Important note on duty and taxes for international shipments: When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically calculated once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price, shipping, or handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as you only pay for the transportation fee for your order. Peariwinkle LLC. does not take any responsibility for additional charges that may apply.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to United States, Peariwinkle LLC. will not be held responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for redelivery after the product is returned to Peariwinkle LLC.
