Once you join Peariwinkle, we consider you a part of our family and gladly offer a 14-day return and refund policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@peariwinkle.com with any questions or concerns you might have about your most recent play product, and we are happy to assist you with any questions you might have or a return. Play products must be unused, and returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Replacement Play Toys:

Our play products are made with FSC wood, the highest and most sustainable wood globally, baby-safe plastics, organic cotton, and non-toxic water-based paints. Every play product is made with significant research and care, and all our play products go through design and real family play lab testing. We also ensure that every product is checked properly before shipment. In the unlikely case you received a damaged item due to shipment, we guarantee a replacement. Please get in touch with us at hello@peariwinkle within 14 days of receiving your play product so we can send you a replacement.
